At Padel Planet, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, including any NOX products purchased from us, we offer a simple return process. Please read the following Return Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. - Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact. The product must also be in a resalable condition. - Exclusions:
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:- Personalized or custom products
- Opened or used items (e.g., apparel that has been worn or washed)
- Gift cards and digital products
- NOX products that have been used or altered, or items that do not have the original tags or packaging
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@padelplanet.net or call +357 96056567 with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, including any NOX
- Step 2: We will provide you with instructions for returning the item, including the return address and any required forms.
- Step 3: Package the items securely and ensure they are in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their eligibility, we will process your refund:
- Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. - Processing Time:
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account. - Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your NOX product or any other item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free return and issue a full refund or provide a replacement.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items (including NOX products). - Return Shipping Label:
If your item is eligible for a free return, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided in the return process.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
