Refund and Returns Policy

At Padel Planet, our goal is to  ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their online purchases. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Return Period: Please fill out the return form within 14 days after you receive your order and products to initiate a return or exchange. Returns received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including dust bags.
Swimwear must be returned with hygiene seals and tags attached. Stained or worn swimwear will not be accepted.

Check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of the original packaging.

If an order is delivered without tags, please inform us immediately if you wish to return the item.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed, with the client bearing the return cost.

Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size only once, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanged items are dispatched after a quality control check, and the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Unidentified returns or exchanges will be returned to the sender.
Merchandise must be returned in one mailing multiple returns from one order at different times are not acceptable.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are NOT shipped via our recommended carriers.

Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-measure items cannot be returned.

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are non-refundable.

Faulty Item: In case you receive a damaged item or it does not match the description on our site, please inform our Customer Service promptly. A new replacement will be arranged at our cost, or a full refund will be administered.

Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, please contact us via email at [info@padelplanet.com] with your name, address, and order reference. If you wish to cancel an order within 14 days, you must return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt with our return documents (Return Form) filled out.

Consumer Contracts Regulations: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the returned item(s) meet our Returns Policy.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item(s). An update on receiving the returned item(s) and the refund process will be provided.

Payments: We offer secure payments via various methods for a seamless checkout experience.
